The firm has offered masjid design and drawings without fee for years. It is not a promotion and it is not tied to taking the construction work.
Committees usually arrive with a site, a budget that has to stretch, and no drawings. What they receive is the same architectural and structural set any paying client would get — planned for the site, sized properly, and prepared for the approval route that applies.
